Payment: Full payment is taken at the time of booking. Funds are held in our account to secure your reservation.

50% refundable up until 7 days prior to check-in.

0% refundable within 7 days of check-in, except in documented strenuous circumstances.

Damage Policy & House Rules

By renting The Strawbale House or The Little Black House, you agree to our terms and conditions of trade. Please treat the houses with care and leave them as you found them.

No alcohol in bedrooms: Please do not bring alcoholic drinks (in glasses or cups) into any bedroom.

Spills: If any spill occurs, you are responsible for the necessary cleaning services and any replacement of bedding required. The same process applies to any spills anywhere else in the house.

Damage reporting: Please report all damage as soon as it occurs via text to the owner at 027 289 1122.
